Crystals and minerals are great for healing and enhancing spells. Below is a record of my personal collection of stones and their general properties.

	BLOODSTONE Origin: Australia, Brazil, Russia, China Chakra: Higher Heart, Heart Element: Water, Air Planet: Mars, Sun Zodiac: Aries Magical Properties: Bloodstone or Heliotrope is a warning stone. It is said to predict the weather and give warning when trouble is coming. It helps with strategy and brings clear thinking in times of chaos. This stone is excellent for healing and purifying the blood or and organs related to the circulatory system like the heart and kidneys. Structure: Trigonal (Energizing & Protection)
	CALCITE (GREEN) Origin: USA, UK, Central Europe, Peru, Brazil Chakra: Higher Heart, Third Eye Element: Earth, Water Planet: Venus Zodiac: Cancer Magical Properties: Brings fertility and abundance. This crystal increases prosperity and wealth. It helps to facilitate change. Green Calcite is good for healing in general and treats most organs and parts of the body. Structure: Hexagonal (Balancing)
	CALCITE (ORANGE) Origin: USA, UK, Central Europe, Peru, Brazil Chakra: Base, Sacral Element: Fire Planet: Sun Zodiac: Cancer Magical Properties: This is a cleansing and energizing stone. It brings balance to the emotions and addresses phobias. It improves creativity and treats the affects of abuse. Orange Calcite is great for treating the reproductive system, the bowels, gallbladder, intestines. It gives energy and helps with overcoming a lack of emotion. Structure: Hexagonal (Balancing)
	HEMATITE Origin: USA, Canada, Western Europe Chakra: Base Element: Fire Planet: Saturn Zodiac: Aquarius, Aries Magical Properties: A grounding stone, Hematite allows the user to tune in or tune out metaphysical abilities. This makes it useful for people who are inexperienced mediums or have not yet fully taken control of their psychic abilities. It helps to separate the wearers emotions from others. For physical disorders, hematite heals the blood, menstrual cramps, and can be used to pull heat away from the body. Structure: Hexagonal (Balancing)
	OBSIDIAN Origin: Volcanic Chakra: Root, Base Element: Fire Planet: Sun, Saturn Zodiac: Leo, Sagittarius Magical Properties: A fast acting stone that promotes growth and change by making issues, flaws and sources of negativity visible. It reveals what is hidden and often lacks subtlety when doing so. Obsidian strengthens and detoxifies. It can reveal the cause of disease and is known to heal issues passed on through generations. It treats joints, arthritis, pain and hardened arteries. Structure: Amorphous (Rapid Change & Growth)
	OBSIDIAN (SNOWFLAKE) Origin: Volcanic Chakra: Sacral Element: Fire Planet: Saturn Zodiac: Virgo Magical Properties: Snowflake Obsidian is a purifying stone bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit. Like Black Obsidian, it reveals sources of negativity but particularly from sources from within ones self. This stone aids in meditation allowing one to look deep within, without fear. 	SODALITE Origin: USA, Canada, Greenland Chakra: Throat, Third Eye Element: Water, Air Planet: Moon, Venus Zodiac: Sagittarius Magical Properties: Sodalite unifies the mind and body. It reinforces good self-esteem and a sense of self worth. It brings calmness and promotes rational thought. Sodalite is a great mineral to encourage teamwork and can be helpful in promoting trust within members of a group. Sodalite’s best known property is its ability to counteract the affects of electromagnetic smog caused by computers. This makes it an ideal mineral to keep at work or near your home computer. 	TIGER’S EYE Origin: USA, India, Australia Chakra: Third Eye Element: Fire, Earth Planet: Sun Zodiac: Leo, Capricorn Magical Properties: Tiger’s Eye is a quartz that heals personality disorders and mental disturbances and returns balance back to the mind. It is a stone of focus and commitment and allows one to identify their life’s purpose. Because it is a balancing stone, it can heal poor self-image and depression as well as egotism and conceit.
